The workers here at Ridgeline are fair, honest and work to get you into a safe reliable vehicle. They also support an originization called Pearl Promise that supports single parents and helps maintain their vehicles and keep them safely on the road and the path to success.. I personally worked with Justin, Josh and Eloi Trujillo and they were all amazing and helpful. Bonus points for limited warranties and on site mechanical services ❤️ thank you Ridgeline for making my recent purchase smooth and hassle free. You are good people and a great company to work with.

I am very satisfied with the purchase process and the vehicle I bought 8 months ago at Ridgeline Auto!! I had been looking for a good used vehicle to replace my aging (30-years old) daily driver when I happened on this smallish dealer/repair shop. Over the next several months I checked their inventory frequently and was impressed with the level of reconditioning they do to their vehicles BEFORE selling them. Carfax is usually provided for past history, and they list major repairs made done in-house. The list is sometime extensive. I don't know of another auto dealer who does this!! I test drove a couple of vehicles and the process was very low-pressure. Neither of the first two drove quite like I wanted so I kept watching their inventory and a few months later I found what I wanted at a fair price. The purchase process itself went very smoothly. Justin and Tessa were on top of the paperwork, a current emissions test was provided, and they even forward some of the info to the local DMV to further help you in the County registration process. I recently had the repair shop at Ridgeline do a couple of maintenance items to get the vehicle ready for fall/winter. Again, excellent service in a timely manner and a fair price. They even allowed me a loaner car for the couple of hours the service took! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at here! I would rather purchase a vehicle at Ridgeline Auto over any other place in Colorado! (unless of course you have an uncle with a low-mileage, pristine car :-)

Justin took care of the replacement of the A/C compressor. He made the whole experience less stressful and helped me save considerable funds. Highly recommended for all your mechanical needs.

Buying a used car at this dealership was an amazing experience from start to finish. The process was simple, fast, and stress-free. The staff was honest and helpful. Every car on the lot is in great shape and of very high quality. I am so happy with my new car and the great service. This place is a must stop on your used car buying journey. They will work with you and are reasonable.

There are decent humans in the used car sales industry! Tessa and Justin run an honest business delivering complete transparency and are people you can actually trust to tell you things straight. I was not an easy customer and they were endlessly patient with me and understood my apprehensions in purchasing a vehicle that had been in a prior accident. They allowed me to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection which delayed the process. Justin kept his word on everything he committed to doing and I never worried about him going back on his promises. I will be taking my vehicles to Ridgeline for oil changes, detailing, mechanic work, etc... anything they offer because I know I can trust them to do a thorough job. Couldn't be happier with this transaction!
